1. Shipping Way
(1) We usually use AliExpress Standard Shipping, China Post Registered Air Mail, ePacket .
About these logistic way, you need go to local Post Office to take your item.
If you always don’t go to the Post Office to take it, it will show “undelivered”, then the item will be return back to us.
If you like other shipment, you can contact us to change the logistics.

(You need give us video and pics of unpacking process to prove your problem, otherwise we cannot accept your problem. and we will bear less than $3 for the return freight.)
(3) Quality issues:
A. Quality issues — return the item, then we refund all money, Customer pay the return freight.
(If it is man-made damage, no warranty.)
B. Not satisfied with the item — not refund or you return the item, then we refund all money ,Customer pay the return freight.
A. Return item must ensure the integrity of the goods, otherwise we won’t accept the return.

C. If you insist open dispute, you can choose “Personal reasons”, “easy return”, “shipping method was not as described”. then we will help you to refund easily, otherwise it will be difficult !!!
